Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny Feb. 3 50, 1950) is an acclaimed American actress. In the 1980s, she became a household name for her appearances on various TV shows. Her fame was for her glamorous portrayal. Fairchild was first noticed in The CBS Daytime soap drama Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. In 1978 she appeared on the primetime soap opera Dallas as the first actress in history to play Jenna Wade before taking a leading role on the NBC series Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she was nominated for an Golden Globe Award for Best Actress - Television Series Drama). The following year, she was a co-star on ABC's short-lived, primetime soap Paper Dolls before appearing as a character in Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts from 1985 to the year 1986. Fairchild has also performed in theatre and appeared as a guest in television comedies including Murphy Brown (for which she was nominated for an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest actress in an Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill and Friends.
